The LPIB website does not collect personal data (information that relates to individuals and which can enable LPIB to identify an individual) in any format (i.e. contact forms, maps, videos etc).

The website is not used as a means to communicate withindividuals and we do not use it as a resource for marketing.

Strictly Necessary Cookies: These are not used on the LPIB website. Our website can be used without placing any cookies on a visitor’s computer.

Preference Cookies: Our developers have their own cookie which simply stores ‘yes’ if a visitor has granted the LPIB website permission to store it (via the ‘pop up’ banner advising that the website uses cookies).

Analytical/Performance Cookies: These allow us to recognise and count the number of visitors and identify how visitors navigate around the website. This enables us to improve the way that our website works i.e. identify if visitors are finding what they are looking for easily.

Benign Cookies: Cookies beginning with ‘exp_’ are set by our content management system (CRM) and contain data such as the last time you visited our website and previous pages you have looked at. We do not store or utilise this information in any way.

Performance Cookies: The LPIB website does not include any third party performance cookies i.e. YouTube (videos), Twitter, or Google Maps.

Google Analytics: This is an analytical/performance cookie. The website uses Google Analytics to help analyse how visitors use the website, collecting standard internet log information and visitor behaviour information in an anonymised form from which no visitor is identifiable.
